​Care Instructions
​Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly using suction only (turn off the rotating beater bar) to prevent pulling the yarn.
​Shedding: As with all premium new tufted rugs, some initial shedding is completely normal and will subside with regular vacuuming over the first few weeks.
​Spills: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, un-dyed cloth. Do not rub.

​Shipping & Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
​Shipping: We securely pack and ship worldwide using reliable, tracked courier services. Processing time varies by size, typically taking 5_8 days for production.
​DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): For your convenience, we ship on a DDP basis where applicable. This means we handle the customs clearance and pay the import duties/taxes on your behalf so there are no surprise fees when your rug arrives at your door.
​Returns & Exchanges

​Exchanges: We accept exchanges for standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery.
​Returns: Returns for standard sizes are accepted within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
​Custom Orders: Please note that personalized or custom-sized/colored rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
